The 2025 General Election saw a two-way race, with the PLP’s Paul Wilmot winning the seat with 442 votes [64.53%] while the OBA’s Dion Smith was second with 243 votes [35.47%].
Since the one seat system started in 2003, the PLP have won the seat in 5 General Elections and the OBA have won it once.
The Constituency Boundaries Report [PDF] states: “Constituency #27 Warwick North Central shall be all that land contained within a line drawn from the junction of Middle Road and Burnt House Hill; thence North along the centreline of Burnt House Hill to the junction with Harbour Road; thence North-West to a point on the coastline; thence East along the coastline to a point on the coastline at the junction of Harbour Road with Tribe Road No.6; thence South-East along the centreline of Tribe Road No.6 to the junction with St. Mary’s Road; thence North-East along the centreline of St. Mary’s Road to the junction with Longford Road; thence South-East along the centreline of Longford Road to the junction with Middle Road; thence South-West along the centreline of Middle Road to the junction with Burnt House Hill.”
