The PLP has won the seat all four times — with an average of 64.8% of the vote — since the one seat system started in 2003.
The incumbent, the PLP’s Rolfe Commissiong, announced that he will not stand as a candidate, and the PLP confirmed that Curtis Dickinson, who serves as the Finance Minister, will move from his C25 seat, to stand in this area.
